Sharks (like other animals too) are very curious creatures and will sometimes investigate random objects at the surface like floaties

The sicklefin lemon shark (Negaprion acutidens) and the lemon shark (Negaprion brevirostris)

Their appearances are similar except the fins of the sicklefin lemon shark are more curved

Sure they can be quick if they want to! But they generally swim slower than other sharks (like the smaller reef species for example)
Btw that sounds so awesome you're so lucky to experience this! :)

Tiger sharks are generally a slow moving species compared to other sharks. But they are can make quick bursts of speed if they have to!

Yeah I noticed that people are abandoning the site again too

My opinion on this is that bsky needs to achieve it's own success. For now, it only counts on those who left twt and the app is just a copy/simpler version of it with some basic stuff still missing. They need to do smth unique here
sharkseveryday.bsky.social
Bluesky's algorithm either hates me or my acc is shadowbanned, or smth. My posts don't even get half the interactions I get on twitter. I'm not upset, i just wonder why lol

These guys have a "classic" shark appearance. They're grey on top with a white underside and large eyes. They can easily be identified by the white color on the edges of their fins
