Governments must invest in more specialised behavioural schools. Specialised settings and staff do make a difference to troubled children & support families. Mainstream is not the place for every student. Students & staff need to be safe. There are solutions!

Beautiful view of the Chinese Gardens from my room at the Novarel Darling Square while here for AICD Conference. With the erratic geopolitical situation & increasing red tape, directors need to be supported & appreciated as they manage the increased regulations. Luckily, I have fabulous colleagues!
