We love the Shasta River and science. Advocacy is our way of life. Equitable distribution of water is necessary for all beneficial uses.
Great news for the Scott and Shasta Rivers: AB263 was signed by Gov Newsom keeping instream flow protections in place for the next 5 years!

Great news for the Scott and Shasta Rivers: AB263 was signed by Gov Newsom keeping instream flow protections in place for the next 5 years!
We’ll leave this year by thanking anyone who donated to us on Giving Tuesday 🫶🏻 We would also like to point your attention to a very important tributary to the Shasta River- the Little Shasta River (LSR). The headwater springs on Klamath National Forest are trampled by free range cattle every summer.

Moving over from that platform that shall not be named has taken us some time...we are glad that there's finally a groundswell of #CAwater folks here now! Hopefully some state agencies will pop up so we can tip them off to the 🐮💩 in the Shasta and Scott rivers where we fight tirelessly!
