ADHD is going downstairs to get a trash bag, coming back upstairs 45 min later with a pair of scissors and a USB-C cable, realizing you forgot the trash bag, going back downstairs, making yourself a cup of coffee while looking up apple pie recipes on your phone, and never going back upstairs
