Sheffield Teaching Hospitals launched their new electronic patient record system in July.

The new system was meant to seamlessly pick up where the old one left off, but it didn't work out like that. "It was total chaos," one senior clinician told us.

Alpha Tenant Management Co-op had an aim that was, in many ways, as revolutionary as the housing project it served: to give the community a stronger voice.

But in November, Alpha will fold, marking the end of one of the North’s last tenant management co-ops.

How did everything go so badly wrong?

Walkley has been thrust onto the frontline of the flag culture war.

The sleepy neighbourhood is normally better known for pottery exhibitions and horticultural shows, but on Sunday descended into bitterness and acrimony, with police being called out twice.
