I probably have had a bit too much fat today. Sunday lunch with lamb shanks and veg, then just I had a smoked salmon sandwich in lightest Philadelphia and grain bread plus my glass of Fage Greek yogurt and berries. I am full though

The thing that annoys me about the #ACNH 3.0 is not being able to change the seasons on slumber islands. You can change the time of day though, so why didn’t they add this? It’s fixed to your real islands season. I don’t want to time travel so ugh! The snow is stunting my progress

If you take it when there too much fat it will screw your insides in all the nasty ways you can think of, and I’m already suffering a chronic pain flair up. Nopes. Back to diet tomorrow
