Hello! I’m a Canadian self-published author. My debut novel is called Mac. She is a member of a vigilante group who does unorthodox things in the name of justice. Action, adventure, humour and romance will take you on a global ride with characters readers have grown to love. Sequel is in progress.

I decided to start a 12-week workout program around six weeks ago. It has it set up to do 5 workouts/week. My history with working out is I get sick and have to restart. Sooo….
I’ve restarted the first workout 3x. My biceps are happy while the rest of my body is calling me an asshole while jiggling.

Let me preface this by saying I am not very crafty. As in, things I make tend to either fall apart or go horribly wrong. But the sentiment is always there.

I started watching Billy Joel: And So It Goes last night. I’ve seen him a few times in concert, once with Elton John. My brother had a stereo where the 8-tracks that got played on repeat were Meatloaf, Supertramp, Queen, and Billy Joel.
