🇨🇦 From Quebec forest dweller to Ontario urban. Big picture thinker.
Interesting to note that Canadian Conservatives, & their media ecosystem of "influencers", are largely focusing on Minister Guilbeault's resignation from Cabinet and not the MOU itself. All they do is undermine, sow distrust about the government Canadians elected.

Dear Mr. Poilievre,

Why do you continue to push for a trade deal with an untrusted partner when there are so many viable options on the table?

It’s truly stunning.

I honestly have to wonder where your allegiances lie.

Sincerely,

Canada

Australia’s latest cervical cancer report is wild:
Zero cases in women under 25 for the first time ever — a milestone researchers say is almost entirely due to HPV vaccination.
But vaccination rates are slipping, and experts warn urgent

I am so done with the outdoor Christmas light scam. Bought two new strands last year, perfectly functioning when I put them away. Neither of them work this year. Yes, I've changed the fuse, no I'm not going bulb-by-bulb. It's 2025, and they were lit for less than a month, 5 hrs/day.

The Conservatives' budgetary demands include fiction.
There are no "hidden taxes" on food. The industrial carbon price doesn't apply to agriculture. There is no "food packaging tax," and plastic regulations largely exempt food packaging. The clean fuel standard "17¢" was one scenario over time. 1/2

As a bonafide bandwagoner, I quickly understood the heart of this team. And Canada did too. I saw things I never thought possible in a baseball game, from both teams. What an incredible experience for me. Our most famous editorial cartoonist pretty much sums it up:

Can anyone think of any commercial or industrial properties that have sold in Peterborough in the last year or two? Not properties that have been put up for sale, but ones that we know did indeed sell. Need to find some examples for an analysis I'd like to do.

It hasn’t always been obvious when buying a book meant investing in a Canadian business.

Thank you for this CBC's Fifth Estate. There's virtually no oversight or regulation for private addiction treatment centers. I worry this is happening in #Ptbo.

My husband, in under a month, built this shed for us, with no skills or tools, for just under $3K. Our community, the Tool Library, a set of online plans & youtube were his colleagues.

There is a storm of race hatred brewing online.
Blaming refugees. Blaming hard working immigrants.
Don't fall for this kind of shit.
I think of the Syrian families who built the north with passion, hard work.
If your relative spreads hate shit tell them to knock it off.
