If I can get this goal completed by Monday, I will be able to keep my place in their queue and be able to have it before the end of the year. I know it's not like the usual kind of emergency, but a union gig pays over $1K for a 4-hour session. And I need to prove to that one agency that I'm NOT OLD!

I just came back from a women’s job fair in Seattle. The employer area only really had a few employers; the rest were training resources for teens.

I need to take control of my destiny again. I’m tired of being at the whim of others. I need to get my reel done asap.

This morning I found out I have Chronic Kidney Disease...left untreated, leads to kidney failure. I can't reverse it, but I can slow it. Gonna take a LOT of effort...I don't know if I'm even mentally capable of doing it all.

I've been overwhelmed since this morning, when I learned I have bad kidneys. It's going to take a lot of work to slow down the progression to kidney failure; I want to live for many years still. Stream might be cancelled tonight. I gotta process this.

I told myself no more...I said I wouldn't need it. Then, right after I sent out the rent, I got a shutoff notice for the electricity. Thankfully it's hardly as much, but UGH. New Ko-Fi goal...I'm just upset I have to do this again. I'm really tired of putting these out.
