I don't have this one, I have the Cintiq 16, and the only diff I knew about when buying it is that the screen of the c22 is tactile and not pen-only but is also more fragile than with the cintiq 16

Otherwise, cintiq are good stuff to me, got mine since 2018 and still works great, hope it helps !
