New pinned time. Thread for my Snowy sonas 🧵 This here is my main, my favorite, my pride and joy, wolf Snowy. He is an arctic wolf with fun icy powers~
I realized this wasn't the only thing I messed up. I've definitely been overdoing it this past month and my strength has been deteriorating as a result. Thankfully I know everything I've been doing wrong and stopping the bleeding before I end up back at square one.
Pushed my forearm exercises with more reps this past month. I think I might've been overdoing it and actually getting gradually weaker. Whoops. Well just gotta go back to doing it the regular way and hopefully it doesn't take long to start getting gains again.

Bluesky Support has suspended this furry congressional candidate's account for no apparent reason. They want to limit his reach and kill his campaign, presumably for not being whatever they consider "advertiser friendly". We really need to get loud about this, and not let them get away with it
