I might forget this feeling soon though... because the occasion that allows safe space and offering your skill/craft as artist-crafter, seems to be a privilege and luck
When I actually had friends IRL that gave me the safe space to share, I didn't understand the safe space bit, but granted, I was always worrying that art and expression itself won't make a living, but applicable adjacent skills for crafts should, that 'I need to sell myself' feeling was above it
It surely, or probably didn't help if you feel like said online place was bad, or make your art feel subpar, but there should be a reason that makes you happy to be in the social circle if you want to make art that feels alive
'cause I never understood praise from others when I just did what I like, I've been doing fanarts since elementary, but I hated or have no reason to be in the place where I'd like to share. It was two different things to make art vs to express yourself in a safe space
unique art medium and high skill craft aren't enough to sell either~

If you would reach out to make a fanart and post them online because you like it and do it your way, that hits the spot of getting a comfort in doing what you like, a freedom of self expression

only realized that in 20+ years
I was commissioned by someone on reddit after I posted my #thefinals character card art. Thanks for not only commissioning, but letting me do the good thing that I know, that's better than cold cash :)
drew a card art for my #thefinals contestant! she's a soloQ support tank build-playstyle heavy

If only I could put the bunny ears on the witch hat as well...
silly Miyabi pen rest
seems like I had been feeling empty after posting complete work which led me to never felt much positive, for as long as I made what I like

I wonder how being proud of it actually feels, felt more like I did things if not because of personal fancy, I did it because I want to talk more with ppl
sheesh, I can't even afford to buy cheap resin to have fun rn, guess I got to do manual resculpt on not really well-printed areas
I guess I understand why Supergiant games doesn't like sequel…

its just a joy to work and try something new, though its like not being an expecting fan of own's work
too bad the commission was canceled, I enjoyed the assignment
shoot, still haven't got comm/work guess I'm stuck doing empty doomscrolls. What do?

I'm open for custom figurine commission! I'm still going to use this old price for a while, plus, ask for a $20 off the quote to help with tariff situation

you can chat here or go through discord by asking me in the comment/chat for my discord.
exploring the same idea, 'same form', different execution. Unfortunately I'm not a good painter either, but I saw something good from that 'bootleg' Venti that didn't make me want to chuckle.

I was thinking of old school western fantasy, dolls, and porcelain figurines
can I not overthink a guilt feeling of reposting my own commission post? even if its countered by thought, 'well, that's how you SHOULD be serious about it'
what if Hornet is rounded good for Netsuke

HAPPY BIRTHDAY ~🎂🎈
I'm not a fan of using 'Anime figure' term as an often anime-styled sculptor, but should I use it? :3c
