Your reasons amount to 'everybody says so', & the reports you cite are all fallacious. I see you have a new claim that '80% of the dead are women and children': this is disproved by Hamas Health's own death toll, which shows that 73% of the dead are males of fighting age, only 27% females, children.

The trouble is that the UN report - and all the other reports - fail to show any indications of genocide. They don't have any statements of genocidal intent. And Israel's conduct of the war is at a notably higher standard than the Geneva Conventions require.
