Sooooo back in May, my bf n I saw Cheek Face down in New Orleans, and it was a TON of fun, the energy was genuinely so electric and yet cozy, if that makes any sense!

Truth be told, I haven't had nearly as many opportunities to take photos as I'd wanted, but I've slowly been taking little shots here and there recently to build a bit of a backlog!

I think you can see some of those "vintage tones" in here, though part of me feels as though I'd be better off using more conventional stocks until I learn how to reverse and color correct more consistently~!

Can it be outclassed by other compacts? Of course!
But the /actually/ pocketable form factor and the little zooming viewfinder never fail to make me itch to bring it along, just for fun!

The SD1000 definitely isn't a one-handed camera, featuring no stabilization or anything, but in good daylight it certainly seems to hold its own!
