Demon swarm (colors altered)

i was initially planning to make this one in colour but didn’t like how it looked so i went the other way? but i kinda like it now? what have i been thinking smh

unfinished portrait of messmer the impaler made in colour. the previous post contains the same portrait but made with a paper textured brush that makes it look like it was made with black watercolor or ink. the finished one has more personality in my opinion, but i shouldn’t have been so harsh on myself with the coloured one, it still looks nice.
