hey friends, some of you may know--i've been dealing w/ some unknown & scary health issues. there's a speculative autoimmune disease pending but, nonetheless i am still on a journey to get diagnosed. 🫂 i've been numb on the left (and now spreading to right) sides of my body since 9/15/25.

So Medicaid in Puerto Rico is going to stop covering medications for gender-affirming care for trans & GNC folks. They announced this shortly after banning care for trans youth under 21. Also to note, the governor of PR, Jenniffer González-Colón, is a Trump supporter.

HELP!

Does anyone have any good alternatives for closed captions for streams, besides the OBS plugin and Pixel Chat?

As much as I like the OBS plugin, I want the captions to be saved on my VODs when I download them. And Pixel Chat is great, but having Chrome open while I stream kills my PC ugh
