A pic of my persona saying: "You know, I've been thinking, as one tends to do, and both about my art and this community I've wondered where I fit in with all of this. I think that I contribute something to this community that does make it a little better, but when it comes to commissions or other similar services I feel like I should offer, I haven't really figured out where I stand. I've tried to offer commissions at times in the past, but I never had too many people take me up on those offers. In fact, I've had more people ask if I took commissions when I either didn't have them open or had no way to take them then I have had people take commissions. I sometimes think scarcity in the form of limited slots could help with this, but I also think that abusing FOMO like that is something I don't really want to do. But as a counterpoint to that, I can always open more in the future meaning there shouldn't be a lot of fear. Anyways, back on topic I was thinking about how many artists are art enjoyers there are in the community. As it expands, we get more people who make stuff and more people who want stuff. The question is does this lead to an inflation of prices from growing demand, or does this lead to a swelling number of options with lower prices as the suppliers expand their available offerings. I don't know which way it'll go, but it's cool to think about. Anyways I love doing colabs but am too shy to get involved in any so please reach out if you read this and want to work on something together, it'd be fun. Or if you think I should run a community thing cause..." before the implied interruption from the viewer of sticking a hose in her mouth to stop the yapping and start the swelling.
