I hate being chronically ill, the exhaustion from just dealing with the pain, always tired, struggling to breathe if I walk too fast, even getting up from my chair too quick can set it off.

Finding someone I can stay with to look after me after a Double Lung Transplant in sydney is almost impossible. St Vincents Hospital won't even start testing me to go on the list until I have a Carer locked in. They'd rather let me die than look after me themselves

Diagnosis just keeps getting better.
Went in for an MRI due to my headaches, turns out there is an abnormality in the White Matter in my brain. Could be a Demyelinating Disease, such as MS. So off to a Neurologist to get more opinions.

Wow, found the Heart/Lung Transplant Standards on the American Thoracic Society Website. Standards ratified by H&L societies around the world including Aus/NZ. And guess what, not a SINGLE MENTION of needing a Carer. Surprising huh.
