*takes a deep breath* I'm going to try to return to everything this weekend. I had a lot of hope for 2025 because 5 is my favourite number, but this year started really badly.

Abandoning her mission to find her traitorous familiar, Chava curled the shadows of the alleyway around her heavy cloak and draped the hood over her head.

This should be fun.

-if it was accented with something decorative like a flower pot.

There weren't a lot of people out and about at this time, most were probably holed up at home or a tavern somewhere.

Which made the silhouette of the person presumably trying to sneak about MUCH more noticeable.

Chava blinked-

- She figured Tari would probably have moved on from the stinging scent of the docks, so trying to think like a dragon, Chava was moving to the most expensive looking part of the town.

That is to say, she was following whatever path looked the cleanest and Chava would appoint extra points-

Chava, princess of a far-off kingdom, had lost her dragon.

Not metaphorically.

Like, she had LITERALLY lost her dragon.

Muttering to herself, she kicked at any innocent loose rock she found on the path winding up through the darkened alleys of the unfamiliar town. -
