An employee of the Chernihiv regional energy company was killed and several colleagues were injured by a Russian drone strike today.

These civilian workers were targeted while in their vehicles, risking their lives to provide essential services.

Social media algorithms are more dangerous than nuclear weapons - the answer is for all platforms to be regulated as publishers and their algorithms must be transparent and certified as benign - China and russia don't allow the social media platforms that they use as weapons against the West.

Zelensky confirmed Ukraine's Ruta drone-missile hit a Russian offshore platform over 250 km away for the first time. The biggest success came from “Liutyi” and other “Fire Point” drones, used in mass, up to 300 at once.

Ukrainian Neptune and Flamingo missiles have also been used, he confirmed.

Ukraine has struck three more Russian oil refineries in three days as their operational tempo is increasing heading into another winter for Russia. Oil and gas revenue year over year has decreased by 25% as a result of the strikes and Russia's budget deficit this year is already over $50 billion.

Nearly half of Russian refineries have been hit, fuel exports are crashing, and the Kremlin can’t stop it. 60% of Ukraine’s deep strikes are carried out by FP-1 drones, and now Kyiv is fielding the FP-5 “Flamingo” cruise missile with a 3,000km range and a 1,150kg warhead.
