Really rather pleased with this shot. Very difficult to nail focus on the eye when shooting with a 75mm (112.5mm equivalent) lens at F1.2 from close range. Not much depth of field!

It was too cold to do a whole 2 hour photoshoot outside in the snow on Monday so we did some window light shots as well 🪟📷

January has been a soupy month so far. Vegetable soup Friday, Cauliflower cheese soup Saturday and I'm thinking curried sweet potato soup today. Have been making plenty for the freezer which is filling up nicely 😀

Drive back from Dorset was exhausting. Really must try not to fall asleep on the sofa though otherwise I won't sleep tonight.
