It was a pleasure to attend the Nobu, Viadux Phase 2, Ground Breaking Ceremony yesterday in Manchester. The event brought together the visionary leaders and creative minds behind the project.

🏗️ With just a few weeks to go until completion, Renaker’s Vista River Gardens will soon be welcoming its first residents. It’s been amazing to watch this landmark development - designed by SimpsonHaugh - rise along the banks of the River Irwell in Manchester City Centre.

We’re pleased to share that Downing’s Armoury Way in South London, has achieved planning approval. The designs include 434 student beds complemented by extensive communal amenities & green wellbeing roof terraces, alongside nine commercial units & extensive new public realm.

Burlington Lane has achieved planning approval.

This new London residential scheme will deliver 132 high-quality, tenure-blind homes, including a mix of private and affordable housing. The design comprises two buildings of 10 & 6 storeys, a 489 sqm residents’ garden & 314 sqm of commercial space.
