Medical questions arent going to be answered on social media because there are few people who understand the problem or the position. Speak to your surgery, ask the nurse directly or all youll likely get are opinions that echo yours but wont be helpful. The surgery is the best place for questions 😊

Because she's no ordinary Nurse. She's a Nurse Practitioner, an Advanced Practioner at Masters degree level. I've shared a few screenshots to help explain.

Theres a range of medication a nurse in a GP surgery can prescribe. These aren't 'ordinary' nurses, they're called Advanced Practitioners (or Nurse Pracs) & in many cases theyre almost Doctorial level. They've often got a better manner & more time. I've attached a few screenshots of info about them.

I love the fabulously descriptive names of the strange folk of Hookland! The Stay Belows are right up there for me along with the Half There Folk & of course the Children of Thorns 🫶 You can see them & their 'habitats' quite clearly in your minds eye!

No, simple.
I just cannot listen to Angela Epstein. Shes absolutely rigid, unmoving & totally black & white where Israel is concerned. She will not say ONE word against the Israeli gvmt when the evidence is starkly against it. To her, it's all justified retaliation.

The craziest photo our doorbell camera has taken so far was last night!

2 young #Foxes having an absolute ball in our front garden at 2.30am tearing round the cars setting the light & camera off then unbelievably ..... jumping on top of a mature Firethorn hedge!!

Ouch! Their poor paws 😳😖

Its 2am & Im in bed when my phone pings motion detected at the front door so I take a look. There are two young foxes playing in my front garden & are they ever having fun!

I cant believe theres one actually running along the top of the firethorn hedge!! 😳😖

I could watch these guys all night! 😂
