This random post made me really stop and realize FFVI is so special to me because it made me realize it was literally the first piece of media this dumb, thirteen-year old autistic kid engaged with that made me learn how to feel anything, while the opera scene was the first time a story made me cry.

Finally watched the newest Superman; Cavill’s and Routh’s movies weren’t bad by any means, but this one… it does a lot of great things to make it an innovative take on a Superman origin while managing to be the closest to impart audience feelings like the Reeves original.
