I didn't expect them either!
Feitian is taking this series to the upper realms on both sides. The next historical couple with the ml being a god/reincarnation of one, and the next modern novel with demons in space. He is this close 🤏 from writing a heavenly war!

Finally, I finished reading the latest novel of the Exorcists' series by Feitian, Qingping. This novel was such a wild ride, but it was worth it from beginning to the very end.
So many Dinghai and Tianbao crumbs, and the main couple was lovely. For sure, it became my 2nd favorite in the series! 😈❤️🐦‍🔥

The shous are usually scholar types, only XX has a fighter's body, but his personality is still pretty much like the rest. A "dragon" emperor being the shou would be a new thing for him to write, I'm looking forward to read this one next!

XX is still in line with his shous, tho. The surprise was him being a Xiang, which we assumed that were all gongs. From the cues early, the next shou should be the dragon, that would be another form of branching out too, since all the dragons so far are gongs. 🤔

Everything in Qingping would be settled easier and faster if they had the soul bell, which is still with Wen Chen and Xin Yuanping. They also know how to separate souls from the body, they would give this generation of exorcists a fair chance at fighting Mu Tianzi, but gege wants to make us suffer!
