Second time is the charm! We beat Shatterhand last night!! Overall, it's a good game with a rockin' soundtrack and some amazing graphics on the NES. Definitely recommend everyone give this game a try! Have a great weekend everyone! 😎

Finished Alwa's Awakening for the NES last night & what a delight the game was! If you haven't gotten your hands on a copy I highly advise you pick it up. Fun Metroid-style game! Shoutout to @brad.rainwarrior.ca @drmoocowz.bsky.social and jordigh for the raids last night! :) Not sure what's next.. 🤔

We started Alwa's Awakening for NES last night and what a delight it has been so far! If you are into Metroid style adventures this is certainly one to check out! Tomorrow, we close out The Great Cycle Challenge with a PEDAL QUEST! 🚴‍♀️At 10 am central, I will be cycling, gaming, & engaging in silliness! We have donation incentives from unboxing and trying on blind box hats for Bonnie, to finding out if it is possible to cycle in an inflatable dinosaur costume!

We were able to finish up F-Zero on SNES last night (Normal Difficulty). Never have I played a game where the AI cheats as hard as this game! 😄Still, it's a completion and I ultimately enjoyed my first F-Zero experience! 😎

It was pretty good. I finished it in about 5 hours but if you are even halfway decent at shoot em ups then you might be able to finish it much quicker!
