5 months after my ACL/ MCL reconstruction I decided it was time to sign up to a 1/2 marathon for next July.

This may be a poor life choice.

I understand the response of reducing access to machetes & knives as a means to address knife attacks.

However when I can walk into Aldi and purchase these blades through a self checkout for less than $20 it leaves me with a nauseous feeling.

I could have been anyone with any intent.

Last nights fire, today 🔥

Wrappings & stitches came off today. 2 weeks post surgery and it’s looking alright. Had no idea what to expect. Healing well, and Physio has started me on rehab. Looking forward to being properly mobile again soon!

Was on campus today and visited the bathrooms- often they have advertising up on the walls. This one hit different, not sure how I feel about advertising for “Semen”?

Tonight’s fire getting started- tip for anyone who struggles lighting a fire: collect dried pine cones. Best fire lighters ever 🔥🔥🔥

….. well it has been about 12-months since I left the bin fire that was X/ Twitter.

I left recovering from an ankle reconstruction, and I’m back with a knee reconstruction!
