I still think Heizou having an older brother is a valid assumption to have especially as someone who grew up with siblings. It'd make him more dynamic when we only have 2 family members mentioned/appear in the game.

Thinking about a time the fire alarm was triggered for my hotel room's floor. We were outside and I saw this coupled wrapped in towels. At that time, tween me asked. "Oh you were taking a bath at the same time?" but weren't wet for some reason.
