I came across a shocking piece of bias in my newsfeed so felt obliged to share. The title says the minister admits droves of millionaires are leaving. In the article he says some will leave because of their policies. Does a media code of conduct need to be enforced?

Having just watched last Thursday’s episode of Question Time where the GB News presenter was criticised by the audience at the end, and with Reform losing the Caerphilly by-election to Plaid. Is the tide turning against Reform? Or am I caught in a Bluesky bubble of left leaning hope?

Free Speech — Protection and Boundaries
Freedom of speech cannot exist without boundaries. The challenge is deciding who draws them — the state, the individual, or society itself.

Free Speech is often used as a meaningless phrase in a war of opinions.

But it can be a force for real change.

A question about this UK digital ID card reaction.
If I provide passports to prove ID when starting work. Social media already holds loads of our data and Amazon knows when I’m out of toothpaste- aren’t people trying to stop a horse that’s bolted from its data privacy paddock a long time ago?

I’m sorry, but this petition story is just nonsensical.

In a UK election we vote for a party and give them 5 years to do what they promised. We then review their performance at the end of this term and vote to keep or remove them accordingly. That’s democracy.

This petition is pure petulance.
Meanwhile in the other place lunacy continues to reign

So I finished watching Paul v Tyson. Don’t know what I was expecting to get from it. Maybe the biased hope that age doesn’t matter.

Turns out the harsh lesson is it does.

Sad to see a former great so off the pace.

Understandable but sad
