Cooked & mostly cooled with regular stirring. Gonna let it cool completely overnight and then transfer it into the jar first thing in the morning.

Left to soak all night and now into the Pyrex, covered with foil and ready to go in the oven for 3hrs when we get back from the gym 🥰

I always love seeing people on their work Christmas nights out because I love seeing people enjoying themselves.
Also makes me so angry that my managers couldn't give less of a shit about us that we haven't had one since 2019...
Honestly, I can't wait to leave and it's so close...
