国家公務員離れが進むなか、人事院の有識者会議「人事行政諮問会議」が3月下旬に最終提言をまとめました。優秀な人材を確保できなければ国の行政は将来停滞しかねません。キャリア官僚の給与引き上げや、職務基準の人事運営への転換など、旧来型人材マネジメントの抜本的な見直しを求めています。「公務が危機に瀕（ひん）している」。最終提言はこう書き出します。2024年度の採用試験（総合職）申込者は1万8333人で
