Backstory: The son of my wife's best friend can never manage to open envelopes without destroying the contents, so she made him a YouTube video about how to do it, then got friends to add to it.
She asked me to do a Wicca-oriented one, particularly requesting some not too blatant nudity. Sorted!

Daniel Johnson: Clothing should be optional in public, the same way that wearing a hat or sunglasses is optional. The human body is not inherently obscene.

Richard Opperman: Naturism is becoming more and more popular across the world. Way more people do it than you’d think, but some are a little shy about admitting that. To anybody sceptical, I’d say just try it out before you make your mind up.

Josie Alford: One thing you learn at any naturism event is there are all sorts of bodies and everyone is comfortable. If they can be comfortable with their bodies, then you can be comfortable with yours too.

Marisa Collins: Locker rooms once normalised the human body effortlessly, without fanfare. Expanding that acceptance to public realms would heal our collective shame, proving nudity's innocence and power to build quiet confidence.

Carolyn Hawkins: I’m far more confident naked than clothed. Clothes let you hide. Nudity demands that you own who you are, and once you do, the confidence stays with you even when you dress again.
