I don't get it. Watching a programme that's set in the 60s in England. In a scene on a train it has an era consistent bar of dairy milk chocolate but has American train hooter noises dubbed. So much effort to get something right while also being so lazy as to use the wrong sound effect...

If the Democrats win the mid-terms how much of their time is going to be taken up with de-Trumping everything?

Cool dude visiting all the mainland Lifeboat stations (I should know how many... late 160's I think. Don't quote me).
Anyway if you see someone on a huge Triumph that has an orange octopus on the back give him a wave and make a donation to the RNLI

...other folk that can fuck off:
Politicians who tell resident doctors they are irresponsible and shouldn't strike.
Let them walk in the residents shoes for a day. In fact let's see them do anything in the NHS.
Cosseted, conceited arseholes taking advantage of people who care.

What sort of shit is Trump?
Taking to socials to say such cruel and hurtful things about someone who has been murdered. Shameful.
People who support & defend him should take a long hard look at themselves. He is indefensible and abhorrent.

On one of my semi-annual trips back to Glasgow.
Every time there's something different. This time it's:
When did folk start bringing their dogs shopping?
Buchanan St is full of dogs being walked & I'm not sure they're enjoying the experience among the Christmas throng...

Say it ain't so...
This one hits a bit close to home. He went to school with my dad and what Glasgow person of a certain age didn't know Stanley Baxter?

So the US is going to look at the last five years of our socials?
That's nothing. I've been trashing Trump for almost 10 years.

I am a white, middle class, middle-aged man who was privately educated and has on the whole had a comfortable life.
So if I can see that we are being taken to Hell in a right wing, racist, xenophobic, misogynistic, corrupt, idiotic, planet destroying, selfish handcart then it must be obvious.

These stories crop up regularly & when social housing is shown as a solution it makes me think locals are being ghettoised so tourists can get the best houses...

This is the racist ramblings of a dangerous dementing mind.
How long before he starts using racist epithets?
Though I do like the discomfort of the guy to Trump's left staring at the ceiling wishing he was anywhere else.
Tough luck buddy, you wanted in the room. Now suck it up.
Trump: "It’s a hellhole right now. And those Somalians should be out of here. They've destroyed our country. And all they do is complain, complain, complain. You have her. She’s always talking about the Constitution provides me with – go back to your own country and figure out your constitution."

Fish wrote a line in Marillion's Forgotten Sons that ended with the phrase "verbal masturbation."
I always wondered about that until I saw a Trump cabinet meeting...
Christ, these people have absolutely no shame.
