Working on Luka's Icon and I'll tweak Roko's later.

This is an unfinished Luka Icon. Just need to work on the Hair and his other arm. This other arm is weird for a reason... This Roko Icon is already pretty complete, but feels a bit "bland" in comparison to Alley's Icon. Roko spiraling gold and blue auras on his hands, one color for each hand. This symbolizes both halves of Roko's element, Wind and Water.
