Canada will have the honour of opening up the tournament against the Swedes. The atmosphere is expected to be electric as the four teams gear up for the Olympics next year.

In sports, the Ottawa 67s are back in action tonight.
The boys are in Oshawa for the back end of a home-and-home series with the Generals. The two teams met at TD Place on Wednesday night, with the Generals hammering the 67s 8-1. Currently, the 67s' playoff hopes are still alive.

A 67-year-old man has died after being trapped in a corn silo while working on a farm in Winchester. When firefighters arrived, they began to remove the corn as quickly as possible, however the man was pronounced dead on scene.

The Ottawa police are looking for witnesses who may have information regarding a hit and run in the Orleans area. The incident took place on Clarendon Crescent on January 19th, shortly before 5 o'clock in the afternoon.
The suspect that hit the pedestrian was driving a white Volkswagen Jetta.
