Hypothesis for the strategy of the Trump Regime: Bend America towards crony capitalism where Trump’s chosen ‘in group’ act as the Oligarchs.

Achieve this by using usually non-partisan functions of the state to demand loyalty from all major power centers in the country which could threaten power.

Answer: I think his behavior is more in line with trying to create his own kleptocracy / plutocracy for himself & his family & loyalists. Russia has been a useful idiot to clear the way for this, but I read him as a narcissist who wants his own milkshake vs one who is doing the bidding of Putin
