mental health is so important when it comes to streaming, i cannot stress this enough. it's okay to take breaks off from streaming or cancel streams because you're not at your best

check on your friends. these holiday months are very stressful for those going through a hard time. a simple gesture of a text asking how they're doing or that you miss them can really make a difference and show that they're being thought of. you really do never know what somebody is going through

alternate ways to support your favorite streamer without feeling like you have to sub or donate bits are:
- watching vods
- sharing clips/videos
- being an active chatter
- joining their discord server
- following them
- lurking
- recommend the streamer to others
- turning on notifications
