Here's my top 10 games, or games to know me by.

Final Fantasy VI (I like the whole series)
CV SOTN
Skyrim
Mario World
Secret of Mana
Super Metroid
Mass Effect 2
Chrono Trigger/Cross
Sonic 2
Borderlands 2

First few stay the same, the others can alternate and change sometimes.
Got it to. It feels like it's been forever.
Next game up is a brand new Katamari. I still can't believe it, so excited, music alone gonna make it fun.
Not a single product any of us get are free from companies with bad people/ low morals. That's just a fact of the world. Companies aren't our friends. Find some joy where you can. Looking forward to playing it when I have the time.
I tried to play it and maybe one day I will go back but the menus and tutorial intimidated me so much I ran away. I knew I didn't have the time for it. Anyways, I also want to finish Death Stranding 2, which I also started and just couldn't put the time into.
I'm with you. At least I know when I've waited years for a new game I'm excited about that I won't be done with it in a week. But that also means I have to avoid conversations about said game after everyone else beats it in 3 days and assumes everyone else did.
GA2 was a retread of part 1- same amount of memory, same characters, same story. Part 3 was a lackluster entry that didn't even get a cart release in the west. Meanwhile, SoR2 was 4 times the memory of the first and a vast improvement. 3 expanded to, music just wasn't as good and it was too hard.
Retro gamer thought of the day: Why did Sega seem almost bothered by the idea of making more Golden Axe games for the Genesis? After the first, it just seemed like an after thought compared to the attention they gave Streets of Rage.
I'd probably give ME3 a 9. It didn't play out how I wanted, but it was a solid game with some amazing moments. As for the FF7R series, the animations and voice acting just didn't match up with how I imagine it when playing the original.
And I don't mean that in a super bad way but I would give ME1 a 9/10 and 2 a 10/10. I would give the original FF7 a 10/10, but FFR1 is about a 7 and FF7R2 is an 8. Though for soundtrack they both deserve a 10.
Well ME has a better first two games so FF7R3 is gonna have to be really amazing.
AM2 still wasn't great about added content. The Saturn ports were pretty bare-bones. It was my one knock against their games.
Whenever I try napping with no discernable stopping point, I can never sleep well. But when my nap has a strict time limit, damn does my body want to fall into an eternal slumber with the old Gods.
It was good game but for me it was over shadowed by Soul Caliber. And not necessarily in the gameplay department, but rather all the additional content Namco always made for their games back then.
They say write about what you know but if you're a writer how do you know what it's like if you need to write what you know when you don't know yet because you aren't a writer until you write but you can't know until you do but what do you write about if you haven't?
This article about FF7 in Gamefan had me so hyped when I was a teenager. Too bad everything about it is wrong. I guess you can summon Bahamut that looks vaguely like this in FF7.
I do care about Outer Worlds 2 and I will eventually get it but I'm still torturing myself with Silksong. On another note, what I WILL be getting is Once Upon a Katamari this week.
Nobuo Uematsu says he doesn't use AI for making music. And like.. of course he doesn't. Who needed him to say that? There's a generation out there that I know very little about that is gearing up for AI to answer every question and make every piece of content and it's kind of scary.
It's an amazing game, and still has a script that puts most modern RPGs to shame.
This game almost made me feel like a teen playing the 16-bit Final Fantasy games again for the first time.
And here I am saying something! Since I've been on the internet more than a few minutes, I know that if I bring something up, it's subject to conversations and criticisms. Yeah I don't like hyperbole or personal attacks for liking said thing, but I won't ignore or block someone for actual critiques.
As time goes by they see fit to add more and more dialogue and text. It's time to move on and hire some voice talent for all their games, not just Pokemon. Even DK Bananza had a ton of text with only Pauline being voiced.
"I ask very LITTLE of my bed" is what I meant to say.
Some would say I never get enough sleep, but I would say I'm like a Lord of the Rings sleep wizard in that I never sleep too little or too late- I get precisely the amount of sleep I meant to get.
Wife wants one but going to chance it with the public sale. Of course that means almost 0 chance.
Yeah I've been into it since the original, and I guess they aren't doing a great job promoting the new one. I think this is the first completely new console/PC game in over a decade.
I have a sneaky suspicion that not enough people are excited about Once Upon a Katamari coming out in just 10 days. I know it's not in a battlefield and it doesn't involve a lot of bugs dying over and over at a boss, but the whole series is a blast and I'd like it not to fade into obscurity again.
