eclipses normal speed (17.5) + 20% (blackout) + 10% (dog plush) + 10% (clown horn) = 25.41
make that 39.93 max run speed from her base 27.5 sprint (without items)

Ribecca is fine ... , t!Sylvester is slow but his tendency to idle at machines is fun, Eclipse is CRACKED in blackouts, Gourdy seems very silly and fun but his twisted broke like twice :/
