Probably not. Tends to be how they do things in some places.. let's say Central America.

Maybe doesn't end up how you think it might.
Awww. It thinks the police get the fines.

Cute.
Who's wasting time in a laundrette when you've got a night of freedom in Mansfield, and work are paying for the travelodge?
Not entirely true. I am dual national and split my time, I have assets and currency in both if the exchange rate moves I can favour one over the other and transfer accordingly.
She could have just posted it under her own account, both both her followers already know.
I go with friends, and have a better time.
"They have them in Bangkok" is no way to decide how to run a society.
Twist (and in a complete departure from the usual confessions)... He's sleeping with his own wife and is looking for a new job.
no-one said that?

"don't then pretend that you are telling people to drink responsible (as they also don't in a pub.)"

it was literally your last comment.

A law is being broken now?
Shiiiittttt.

A brewery / pub co. owns pubs, and tells people to drink responsibly, without pre-portioning and ensuring that no-one buys more than their recommended weekly allowance in a seven day period..

Call the fucking police.
Not as terrifying as that time he was holding the ladder.
and 14 units is a recommendation, to keep risk low.

You don't automatically fall over dead if you have 14 and a half.
The advice is 14 units per week on a regular basis. this is three weeks a year.

If you are so infantile that you can't police yourself, and need mothering at all times, unable to function unless everything is preportioned to the recommended amount, and no more; that's your problem. Not theirs.
So pubs shouldn't sell beer in pints.
which is a recommendation, not a limit.
Sorry - are these beer calendars now being sold as a health food? No.

If you send someone a safe amount of low fat cheese to eat every day, and they eat it, that's fine.

If you send them too much, that's potentially not.

But that's not what's happening. the box is all but on the recommendation.
Stella.. stocking up for the next few weekends

Mustn't get a calendar because I can't be trusted.

It's the manufacturers fault...

Or not.
"messaging behind a 24 pack of Stella is "you're having a party" or "you're stocking up for the next few weekends"." ...
Calendar is designed to last 24 days.

You were calling hypocrisy a short while ago. You can't argue both sides of that.
But you've just used the arguement that you can't be trusted and you will drink something else as well.

You can't argue both sides of this.

You are buying more alcohol than one-day's allowance.

You are a grown up

You should be trusted.

It's not the calendar maker's responsibility to mother you
I probably should have said that at the start.
And that's the issue. If people can be trusted.

But that doesn't mean selling them is irresponsible.

No more than selling 24 packs of Stella, bottles of whisky or bank holiday Supermarket offers on 6 bottles of wine

These boxes aren't irresponsible or hypocritical.
And one week may be higher than others, but the 14 unit guide isn't intended to be every week, it's how much you have over an extended period on average.

And lets face it - people who get these are largely irregular drinkers so probably have nothing most weeks. "real drinkers" don't touch Brewdog.
The fact they may do so, shouldn't reflect on this product...

You can't and shouldn't legislate for misuse.
Irrelevant about it being naïve to expect that someone's only drinking. Brewdog can't be expected to sell their product based on assumptions of what else someone may consume. You have to treat people as adults. If they have a whisky chaser, that's on them...
