I think it's a tragedy made by a design that we have to choose our majors so young and at the same time I wonder if I have enough courage and self-determination to teach myself a chemistry degree or to learn the periodic table as it applies in a perfume lab or kitchen

I keep thinking about what I would go back to school for and it's math of some kind chemistry for perfume or for chef purposes I don't mean to say I would make perfume or food though

I think the fact that there's no economic advantage of living in Germany is the main reason my mother deeply believes I've absolutely thrown my life away by living here but I think she forgot that life is long and this is just a detour to European citizenship

I always realize again and again are the only people who stay in Germany have some kind of connection to it everyone else always leaves because unless you have some kind of connection that is blood or earth or depravity it's not really worth being here
