the most important part of this type of protest is that it shows the numbers. Many people are hesitant to get involved because they don't want to be outnumbered. No Kings day showcases that they have lots of support if they choose to join in

I'm "afraid" of being arrested. I work as a behavioral therapist for children. If I get arrested, my entire career could be ruined. I'm also in grad school. Getting a criminal record could literally negate all my hard work of the past two years. You can speak out without going to a protest.

RE: the YR leaked chat. Everyone is arguing about whether they are kids. "young" refers to how long they've been in the RP. But more importantly, "young" people are the very people who should get proper consequences before anyone else.
