Inks for an upcoming page of Iron Nail Afternoon ironnailafternoon.com I've actually got about 30 pages done. Once I've finished this storyline, I'm going to see if I can get it published in a graphic novel format.

God, I wish I was there. Looks lovely. Thanks for keeping the flame burning.
Love the ink. Thanks for all your posts and your general upbeat attitude - it helps keep things bright.
When did the world get so much uglier? It's getting so hard to leave the house if you're different. It's getting dangerous. Got harassed when I was buying vegetables for God's sake.

A truly chilling and unique horror series :)
Despite the old saying, there is actually such a thing as bad publicity. But most people don't normally have to spend so much money to get it.
Awesome! Holding thumbs for you :)

Given where the campaign is sitting, there is a non-zero chance that I wake up tomorrow and SINK: Halloween Special, still in its first 24 hours, will be at 300% funded. Incredible! Thank you all so much for your support of SINK!

Loved Clean Room. It was such a twisty and unexpected horror.
It's not easy. Sending you best wishes and hoping for your speedy recovery :)
It's a pleasure! Yeah, the program is pretty ancient XD Hopefully things will pan out for you with Affinity and it won't be too disruptive. Holding thumbs for you!
I think I still have an ancient version of Photoshop from before it became a subscription thing. Would something like that be too out of date to be of use to you?
Yeah, it does have limitations :( It's such a pity that the companies behind certain programs are getting so greedy and inconveniencing artists and users.
Clip Studio Paint (an all-rounder with some lovely brushes) isn't bad to use although it takes some getting used to. And there's also Painttool Sai, which is sold outright (but is more limited in terms of tools etc) Hope those recommendations give you some options :)
Thank you very much for featuring my comic Spirelle and a big thank you to @wordsfromapenn.com as well :) You all rock!
Windhandel market. Next up - selling tulips! No bulbs trading hands but no way that could crash? Right?
I was introduced to it via the original anime, which loosely covers the Golden Age arc. Plunging into the manga meant wading through early grimdark arcs but the series developed into one of the great dark fantasies. Because manga is often long-running, you get to see how it evolves.
Yes, it sounds like the book looks at the propaganda of the time versus actual facts and probably compares how efficient Sparta was when pitted against contemporaries who actually maintained a standing army instead of ones who didn't.
Sounds like an interesting read! Thanks for the recommendation :) Will definitely check it out. Curious how many people - who cling to pre-conceived perceptions rather than history when it comes to past societies - took the book.
Fascinating to read that. Loved THREE by the way. It stripped away the mythos of the Spartan culture (which often gets lionized in pop culture) and exposed some of the ugly underside. That's not something you see or read very often.
And it's such an interesting dilemma for our favourite romance/horror heroine!!
