TIL mystra's base model has nearly the same eye colour as parsipan and combined with the stuff I've learnt from the elminster novels it's making me laugh. How did I make a character so reasonably Gale's Probable Type but also he looks like That and he behaves even worse

I have become fascinated by how effects of the spellplague were still a real concern when all the bg3 characters were growing up. Gale's stories about summoning things as a kid are wild when you know that until at least 1479 spells to translocate things had a good chance to shatter the casters mind

I only have about half left of elminster enraged to read before I go back to writing killer ambition and though I feel like these 3 books have given me a much better understanding of gale's likely dynamic with elminster I still have very little information about the whole bear!mystra thing. Alas.
