I am hoping that the feedback given, both here and in-game will be enough to warrant a revision. I haven't seen Nisha's quest activated on beta yet, and considering how she and Cyrus just poofed from Alpha before Beta released.

Seeing Taethiss on mounts like this makes me super sad that the spire doesn't work with normal mounts. It's a huge longshot, but I hope they change it so we can use our mounts too.
