Solid back day today. And it's the third day now that I feel like I see progress in the mirror which is kind of a big deal today. Usually the dysmorphia wins but not this week.
Gotta keep up the grind though and trim down so I can better see the gainz I've made over the last 6 months 😜

I don't want to calorie count (I did it before a few years ago and slimmed down a lot) because it was miserable, but I am making some swaps and gonna try being more mindful about my diet to see if it's a decent way to cut while maintaining my sanity. Guess we'll see in a few months 😜
