Something else marxist "historians" will not tell you is that Hitler came to power with the help of the German Communist Party (KPD), which allied with the National Socialists against centrist democratic parties (e.g., the social democrats), more or less based on the marxist definition of fascism
Soviet and German officials having a friendly conversation in the newly captured Polish city of Brest, September 1939.

Like I said, marxist, communist, or socialist are just other ways to spell "liar." Here, the dude is denying basic, well-known facts of Soviet history - which is nothing compared to his Holocaust inversion delusions (imaginary genocide) and mirroring Putin's accusations of Nazism at Ukraine.

Stalin had all but one of the members of the Jewish Antifascist Committee executed for the crime of investigating the Holocaust, the reality of which was being denied in the USSR for much of its history.

Nazi Germany was supported by the USSR. Trainloads of oil and grain were rolling from the Soviet Union to Germany right up to the start of the war while its own people were starving.
Marxist, socialist, communist are simply other ways to spell "liar",

Academia has an antisemitism problem

The West created a system to support people, the USSR created a system to exterminate people. They are not the same.

The world is under no obligation to make you feel included. Or useful. It's up to you to contribute to the world. Inclusion is for loosers. Just like diversity and equality.
In particular, academic loosers.

I have not seen academics who were wailing about "Palestinian children" shed a single tear for the Ukranian kids being murdered by Russians - or for Israeli, mostly Jewish kids murdered by Palestinians and by Hezbollah - because academia has an antisemitism problem.

Giving puberty blockers to 10yr olds is hugely unethical.
Leave kids alone, gees.

The author is an expert on the topic.
Plus, there's a foreword by none other than Natan Sharansky.
I am certainly curious about the book

There never was a time when Robin DiAngelo and Ibram Kendi were not pathetic, useless grifters, no matter how much esteem they'd gathered from a certain segment of the population.

So many ideas would've been just fine had they stayed quarantined in academia.

Lenin, Stalin, and Hitler were cut from the same cloth. Communists and Nazis are but two sides of the same totalitarian coin. Marxism killed more people than fascism. A lot more people.

Academics are the first to point fingers at others. Musk, Grok, Holocaust denial...
But never at themselves, at their own denials of socialist, communist, and islamofascist crimes and their vicitms, invention of nonexistent massacres, crimes against humanity, and isms.

I demand accountability for academics who supported Palestinian butchers post-October 7th, and who spent years building a network of terrorist supporters at Western Universities.

Nazis invading Europe, paid for with your tax $$$ in the form of aid to Palestine, supported by your teachers, professors, and academic colleagues.

Guess who's fighting them.

There was no genocide or famine in Gaza. IDF soldiers did not rape Palestinian women.
There were Palestinian cannibal monsters killing, raping, burning alive, beheading, and kidnapping Israelis, mostly Jews, for being Israeli citizens or for visiting the country.
#Academia supported those monsters.

As most of us already knew, academia has an antisemitism problem, from supporting Palestinian butchers post-October 7th to "canceling" Israeli academics.
Shame on you.

Fantastic. The CDC is now spreading anti-vaxx propaganda that will surely get children killed. It has now joined forces with grifter academics who've been spreading men are women propaganda which led to teenagers being mutilated. What a time to be alive.

"Exhausting."
I’ve spent my career at public colleges where my primary job is teaching. Harvard and the Ivy League is a million miles away. Still I find Lepore’s whining exhausting. I believe that historians like her, occupying cushy spots at a tiny sliver of institutions, have no clue what I do for a living.
Harvard's prosecutorial culture was "miserable," says Jill Lepore. Even so, she stayed, but has since come to regret her silence. https://chroni.cl/4ihof9O
