Oh yeah by the way part of the reason I made a puzzle game is because it generates itself. With something like a platformer you have to go out of your way to design the levels yourself so it's not exactly possible to be surprised while playing it. I wanted to make a game that I could get good at too

Oh!! Also, Pyramis is on sale during the Steam Autumn Sale ...apparently. I just checked the store on a whim and found out it's on sale right now. I guess I did that preemptively and then forgot about it...?

there's still work to be done, but i can finally say that my family has moved into the new place, and that the most important work is now done.

Around that time I was also mainly making things in Scratch and Petit Computer / プチコンmkII for the DSi. The latter is one of my favorite pieces of software ever but if you wanted to share your games with people they needed to ALSO have it so it was hard to stay motivated

Fun fact about Pyramis and Mirage: The idea of a puzzle game about building pyramids is something I came up with YEARS ago, but I didn't think about it much further than Mirage's character design. It was only this year that I decided to actually do something with the idea.
