I said I'd do upper body practice. I said I would!!!
Tonights study is using Disgaeas Warrior model. Plotting out the chest detail lines was the hardest part, not 100% on the back muscles but it at least has the shape defined

Mid work musings but I think an issue I'm falling into is making 2d style models but not adhering to 2d style camera angles, which is making some of the heads look weird, sometimes. Maybe I find a way to add some guidelines or something??

I wonder if it's better to invest some time and hand paint my models first, THEN see if I can/should carve the faces afterwards. It means having to deal with UV maps more, but it also means I have more freedom to doodle on the model and see how it's going to look before committing 🤔🤔
