Well definitely quit if you aren’t having fun! There’re only so many hours in the day and a seemingly infinite amount of games. I’m fr happy with what I’ve taken from Silksong, tbh I’d take more if offered. I find overcoming its arduousness rewarding, but obviously that’s not a universal sentiment

Again, different experiences. Neither of those gave me much trouble, I spent more time on the fn 2nd Dancers and Nyleth. And imo any frustration has been worth it to find the secrets, be Flea Moses, follow Shakra and slap Nuu. I loooved Hollow Knight and this over-delivered for me. Incredible game

A few runbacks could be considered tedious. And the fake bench was mean. But I will overcome these quibbles and roll credits so Sherma can live in peace

Sounds like we had very different experiences. I’m about 97% completion and I’m already lamenting seeing it done. Amazing art, music, level design, combat and lore. For $20. 10/10
